Terms of purchase

These terms of purchase define the process of ordering, payment, delivery and returns/exchanges of the offered products in Darkona web shop.

The supplier of offered products is Darkona, production and service trades, and the customer is a visitor of the web shop who chooses at least one product and proceeds with the order and payment process via an order form.

All prices on the page are listed in euros, dollars or Croatian kunas (depending on the language and currency setting) and they include Croatian taxes.

Accepted payment methods on this web location are credit and debit cards (American Express, Diners, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards), and bank transaction via PayPal service.

Darkona web shop uses the WSPayservice for online payments. WSPay is a safe service for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit card payments and other payment methods. WSPay provides both the customer and the trader with safe data entry and transfer of card information, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate owned by WSPay. WSPay uses SSL certificate 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection in data entry and transfer.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro or dollar into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Returns and exchanges

A customer has the right to return/exchange of products within 14 days of receiving an item. You can send those inquiries via [email protected].

Since all items are unique, an exchange for the same product in a different size won’t be possible; that is, if an item you wish to exchange is from the three-of-a-kind series, I can not guarantee that the item will bi available in a different size. Exchange for another product is possible only once, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning an item, as well as the cost of delivery of a new item. Also, the customer has to top up the price difference of a new item, if the new item costs more than the item they wish to exchange. If there are no products available in the shop at the moment of such case, the customer will have to wait for the publishing of the new collection on www.shopdarkona.com.

Return of funds will occur within 14 days of receiving the customer statement via [email protected], and after the customer returns the item in question. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. Refund will be issued in the same manner as product payment.

Terms of return or exchange:

  • the product has to be in perfect condition, undamaged, unworn and unused, with the original tag, securely packed and ready to be sold again
  • the product has to be delivered within 14 days of receiving it
  • the return package has to contain the product as described above, a copy of the received invoice and a signed statement explaining if you wish to exchange the item or a refund

To avoid these complications and inconveniences, please, measure yourself carefully and correctly before proceeding with your purchase – measurements are provided with each product, and the product is listed as a preview before the release date, so you could have the time to measure yourself correctly and thoughtfully view the product photos.


Orders are packed and sent within two working days from visible payment. Exceptions are made-to-order items, for which production time depends on the workload, and varies from two to three weeks.

Packages are sent via delivery service, and estimated delivery time is:

  • two to five workdays for Croatia

  • three to seven work days for Europe

  • up to three weeks for other areas.

The customer will be notified via e-mail when the purchase is completed. Once the order is sent, the customer will receive an order number and tracking code for their order, and the delivery service will notify them about package delivery.

The customer is responsible for entering correct shipping information – please review the information you provided before confirming your purchase, and notify me of any mistakes while ordering immediately to avoid complications.



Shipping cost equals the price of the delivery service I’m paying including packaging materials.

Shipping price varies due to the weight of the package, so it’ll be higher for larger items or when more items are ordered. Shipping price also depends on the shipment destination.

Shipping price will be automatically calculated while processing the order, depending on the customers’ address, and it will be displayed in the cart before the purchase is finished.

Estimated shipping prices are the following:

  • Croatia: free shipping

  • Europe: €13 – €53; $15 – $62

  • Other areas: €26 – €60; $31 – $69
